Protect Yourself

65 lives are saved through the proper use of guns for every life that is lost through the abuse of guns. In today's climate of home invasions, armed assaults, robberies and gang activities, the threat of danger and the need for self protection are imminent.

In this training, beginners will learn the basics of safe gun handling, starting with the basic rules of firearms safety, then moving through proper methods of presentation, stances, structures, grips, movement and more. You will be taught how to take a proper sight picture, achieve superior trigger control, and manage recoil with efficiency. The course progresses into practical tactics with a variety of weapons, proper movement and use of cover, effective home defense strategies, and the best methods for open and concealed carry.
